Flu and Colds Kit

How Members Typically Use It

• Colloidal Silver: At the first sign of a cold or flu: 20-25ml slowly swished around in the mouth for 15-20 seconds, then swallowed, 3-4 times the first day. Many continue with 2-3 times daily while symptoms are active.
• Sambucol: Place 1 Sambucol^® tablet under the tongue and let it fully dissolve after doing the Colloidal Silver protocol.
• Sore throat: Gargle with the "No More Sore Throat concoction" for 20-30 seconds, then spit it OUT.
• Runny nose: If it doesn't clear in 3-4 days, you may want to consider getting something like Sudafed^® to dry up your sinuses so you don't continue to fight the sore throat from it draining each night.
• Nasal congestion: A few drops in each nostril (or a gentle silver nasal rinse) can be used several times a day. Some people also place a drop or two in each ear if ear pressure is developing.
• Alongside the rest of the kit: Take your vitamin C, zinc, D3/K2 on schedule. The silver is simply another layer in the same short-term support plan.
